About

Food and photography have been always been my passions. In the late nineties I studied Fine Art Photography at the Glasgow School of Art, qualifying with a BA Honours degree. After that I followed my nose into the kitchen, first working in then managing a variety of successful eateries. Over the piece I've gained 20 years experience in the catering trade. 

With my artistic training and years of catering experience, the combination of the two disciplines seemed like a natural progression.  

I feel my background lends me a unique perspective on presenting food at its most stylish and appetising. Most recently I've worked on film and TV productions for BBC. ITV and HBO.
